The Estée Lauder Companies Has a New ‘COE’ Leader

ELC's new Equity and Engagement Center of Excellence will be led by Nicole Monson

The Estée Lauder Companies has announced that it has established a new Equity and Engagement Center of Excellence (COE).

The COE will be led by Nicole Monson, who has been appointed senior vice president, Equity and Engagement. She will report directly to Michael O’Hare, executive vice president, Global Human Resources.

In this position, Monson will be an important member of ELC’s senior leadership team and will lead the development and implementation of proactive Equity and Engagement initiatives to create a workforce that is more representative and responsive to people of all backgrounds, where all have an opportunity to succeed. Monson joined ELC in 2014 as vice president, Employment Counsel, and has won numerous awards for her leadership.
